Privacy

The National Employment Service records contact requests so they can be handled by authorised staff.

Information collected

If you make a request, we record the name, reply address and details you provide, along with a reference and the date received. We keep the request in a restricted, encrypted service database.

Access and use

Only authorised service staff can access requests. We use the information to consider and respond to the enquiry and keep an audit record of administrative actions.

Training and careers information

The skills assessment gives results in your browser. Your answers are not saved to an account or sent to NES staff.
